10. Use of Client Name, Logo, and Results
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Diving may reference the client relationship for portfolio and marketing purposes, including the use of company name and logo, description of projects, and presentation of results and case studies.
If you wish to restrict this, it must be explicitly agreed in advance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diving shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities, or for decisions made based on our recommendations.
Our total liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in the preceding one (1) month.

We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms.
We are not responsible for their performance, data handling practices, or service interruptions.
